 The mission of the Electronic Financial Services Council, as a national trade association, is to promote legislation and regulation designed to ensure that electronic commerce continues to revolutionize the availability and delivery of financial services.

The EFSC advocates positions on public policies affecting the offering of financial products and services, including mortgage loans, insurance products, investment products, consumer loans and on-line banking, in e-commerce.
